Marvell Enterprises Ltd

Marvell Enterprises Ltd was incorporated on 2 July 2019. Following a court order to wind up the company on 25 October 2022, it is currently in liquidation.

The firm was subject to disciplinary action by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and was prohibited from carrying out its regulated activities from 16 January 2021. Marvell was authorised by the FCA as a ‘Limited permissions credit broker’ with some secondary permissions. On 11 November 2021, the FCA issued a First Supervisory Notice, resulting in the firm being ‘closed to regulated business’ - following the cancellation of its secondary credit broking permissions.

On 13 October 2023, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) declared Marvell Enterprises Ltd in default. Investigations had found that the company had been involved in high-yield bonds, both directly and through Individual Savings Account (ISA) wrappers, and conducted regulated investment activities without ever having the necessary FCA permissions. Many of these investments were property-based ‘mini-bonds’.

If Marvell advised you on, or arranged any bonds, ISAs, or other investment products and you think that have incurred losses as a result, CP Financial Claims is here to assist you in determining whether you are in a position to make a successful claim for compensation.
