EGR Wealth Limited (EGR), previously known as EGR Broking Limited, is a Discretionary Fund Manager/Wealth Manager based in the City of London which offers a range of investment services tailored for use in SIPPs, ISAs, and General Investment Portfolios.

Presently we are acting for a number of clients in relation to inappropriate advice relating to investment in failed fixed income bonds, including Access Commercial bonds.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which has authorised the firm since 1 December 2011, has imposed various restrictions on EGR. Since 8 July 2020 the firm could no longer “undertake any offering and / or distribution of listed bonds to retail clients”. The FCA added further restrictions regarding retail bonds on 3 October 2022, and in July 2026 restricted the firm from undertaking any new regulated activities.

Since 2023, EGR Wealth Limited has gone through major changes to its board of directors with Interestme Wealth also becoming a major shareholder in the company on 16 June 2023. It is also notable that ‘Interestme Wealth’ had been a trading name of EGR since 11 September 2017.

Moreover, a recent complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service highlighted major issues with the mis-selling of bonds by EGR. In this case, an investor only discovered the high-risk nature of their 'Access Commercial Investors 4 Plc Bonds' after EGR informed investors that they were no longer permitted to create, launch or distribute listed bonds due to FCA restrictions.
